DINING & PAYMENT

IF YOU INTEND TO DINE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY IS INFORMED NO LATER THAN THE FRIDAY OF THE WEEK BEFORE THE LODGE MEETING.

The cost of dinner is £37 per person for members paying by the dining deadline stated above and communicated with the summons, £42 per person for guests, and £42 per person for members who miss the dining deadline but manage (against all the odds) to convince the Assistant Secretary to go out of his way to try and find them a place at dinner.

Please note that there are TWO options for booking and paying: 

  1. By cheque and booking form posted to the Assistant Secretary, whose address appears on the summons.
  2. By electronic payment via telephone or Internet banking to the Apollo bank account (details below), PLUS AT THE SAME TIME notifying the Assistant Secretary by e-mail of the amount sent and the name of the member and any guests, and details of their Masonic ranks and any dietary requirements.
